Which tryout will you attend? *

Timeframe is 1:00-5:00 pm. Tryouts will be (1) hour each, with times finalized once registrations are received. You will be emailed in the days before the tryout with your exact tryout time.

HEALTH WAIVER

I agree not to hold Northland Elite Basketball Club, Inc. or any of its coaches, volunteers, agents or representatives accountable for any injuries which may be incurred while participating in the program. I also certify to the best of my knowledge that the participant named hereon is physically fit to engage in physical activities. If, during the course of my son or daughter’s activities in basketball, he or she should become ill or sustain an injury, I hereby authorize you to obtain emergency medical/dental care. I will assume financial responsibility for the bills incurred through my insurance company. *

Anyone who intends to participate in the 2026 season will be required to make a non-refundable $250 roster spot deposit within 14 days of any tryout. The remainder of the balance will be due by the date of the first team practice. Please read our FAQ section for more information.
